We donâ€™t have a syllabus of content we want to impart on teachers and leaders, we support them to define what their learning needs are and then to tackle them collaboratively. Our professional learning opportunities start with field experiences, where participants develop empathy for the people they are designing for, and uncover real human needs they want to address. They then iterate to develop an unexpected range of possible solutions, and create prototypes and designs to take back out into the field and test with real people. Our bias is toward action, followed by reflection on personal discoveries about process. Experience is measured by iteration: together with our learners we run through cycles of learning. Each cycle brings stronger insights, more unexpected solutions, and an evolution of our process. We hope youâ€™ll join us.
